Having found myself with a job to install in a Greggs bakery at very short notice, I had no time to spend writing a risk assessment and method statement. I knew there was a company out there that 'could help' - so I thought I'd 'let them'.

After speaking with the Directors of the company late on Saturday and explained the urgency of the situation, I was left assured that I would have full RAMS by my deadline of 7am Monday morning. "SST provided us with a professional onsite training package for our waste loaders, litter pickers and grounds maintenance crews.
If you look what is out there in training you’ll see that no basic manual handling or safety course usually covers how to manoeuvre a 120 litre wheelie bin on and off a mechanical hoist, or a 1100 litre trade waste bin, or how to move a recently felled Beech tree into a wood chipper and much, much more.
Not only did they come on site and deliver this training to small group sessions which minimised disruption to services but they did it in bite size pieces at times suitable for us.
They linked all our safety policies, risk assessments, safe systems of work and method statements into a course which really came alive and felt personal and relevant to all the attendees and to management as well. If you want peace of mind in knowing that your most vulnerable staff have received the best possible training then SST can’t be recommended highly enough.
We will be using SST again for sure and personally when it comes to delivery of this specialist training nothing less than SST really isn’t worth looking at!"

"Jim, this is a belated thank you for organising and running the first aid course for predominately members of my firm. I was unable to attend due to court commitments but I am told the course you run exceptionally good.
 
The feedback I have had is that you delivered the material in a very relaxed manner which made everyone feel at ease. The content was right and everyone came away feeling far more confident that if there was an accident or an emergency they would be far better equipped to deal with it for which I am very thankful as it is normally the older members of staff who have problems!
