and more recently, I have just completed the IOSH Managing Health and Safety course. I have an SMSTS qualification which is a 5 day course that enables me to run a construction site if required. I learnt more in your course that was relevant to my business than any of the CITB courses and what’s more, it wasn’t like pulling teeth, it was really enjoyable.

My business is built on old fashioned principles of excellent customer service and going the extra mile to ensure customers satisfaction. After my recent experience of the work that you did for me I can tell your business is built using the same principles.
Having found myself with a job to install in a Greggs bakery at very short notice, I had no time to spend writing a risk assessment and method statement. I knew there was a company out there that 'could help' -  so I thought I'd 'let them'.
After speaking with the Directors of the company late on Saturday and explained the urgency of the situation, I was left assured that I would have full RAMS by my deadline of 7am Monday morning. I didn't even have to wait that long. 10pm on Sunday night, I received my full RAMS by email which I handed over to the site agent in the morning. Needless to say they passed with no issues, a rare occurrence on any site nowadays.
After receiving a service of this quality at short notice and over the weekend, I will gladly be moving my health and safety requirements over to your company and look forward to a close working relationship with you in the future.
