Fire Risk Assessments

Under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, a Fire Risk Assessment is a legal requirement
for all types of business premises.  The building owner/occupier has to ensure one is completed by a suitably competent person.
We recommend reviewing Fire Risk Assessments annually or where there has been a significant change.
By not having one, you could be breaking the law leaving you liable to prosecution.
